This place has a great location near Sri Lanka and transportation, making it very central, and it's within easy walking distance of the Mackwoods Tea Museum.

The double room I stayed in was modern and had a spacious bed. It was equipped with cable channels and provided facilities for making tea and coffee. The hotel's location was fantastic, being close to the center of Nuwara Eliya town and near landmarks such as Victoria Park, golf and race courses, and various dining options.
